Can this SWEET LITTLE LOVE be 10 lbs?????

  ELEVEN YEARS OLD??????  

Is it true that she has been left in a crib to do just one thing - deteriorate??????  

Is it true that because she was born with an extra chromosome 

that she has to SUFFER like this??????? 

I can barely LOOK AT HER!!!!!
