I have been meaning to post this for a long time but just haven't gotten around to it. Many months ago you wrote a blog saying that Dave had just gone to the bank to take out a loan to help pay for Gavin's expenses. I read so many blogs where the parents choose not to go into any debt and it seems to delay their ability to move forward (sometimes for a substantial amount of time). When this drags out for months on end I just have to wonder if their approach is really worth it. For those families that COULD get credit and are just choosing to remain debt free, what is happening to their poor child as they try to raise their funds? Of course it's their choice and they have to do what is right for them. However, I have wanted to tell you I admire you and THANK YOU for just moving forward and worrying about paying later. The funds will come one way or another! Gavis is so worth it and I'm so impressed with your attitude and not waiting to move forward until you had every dollar saved.
I can't wait to see him home with the other children. What a beautiful family you have.
